Darlene has a PhD
in Clinical Psychology and a Masters degree in Public Health. For fifteen years
she was an educator at UCLA where she created the university's award-winning
"happiness class," a course so popular applications jumped from 30 to 700
in 18 months.
Dr. Mininni has appeared on CNN, FOX, PBS, and NPR
and been quoted in SELF, COSMO, Marie
