Dear Friends,

Our family is in "Glee-Withdrawal." Our favorite television show is off the air until April. How will we survive?

Glee
As you can see, it's the little things in life that make us happy, like this great TV show and the time spent watching it together.

This month I've created 3 questions that can lead you to a happier life. They're simple questions, but they can keep you on track toward some of the things that really matter most to you.

Read on and make a point to answer (and take action) on at least one question this month.

Warmly,
Dr. Darlene Mininni
  3 Questions For A
Happier Life

3 Questions

Sometimes finding your way to happiness is less about the right answers than the right questions. Below are three questions that can guide you to living your happiest life:

1. What's Right In My Life? Finding ways to be appreciative of the good in your life, instead of focusing on what's wrong, is a major way to boost your happiness. As a matter of fact, if you write everyday about the five things for which you're grateful, at the end of three weeks you'll increase your good feelings by 25%. Give it a try.

2. How Can I Strengthen One Key Relationship? You're hardwired from birth to connect with others. That's why if you have just one person to talk with during hard times, you're 10 times less likely to get depressed. So talk with your mate more, call your sister or have weekly coffee with a friend.

3. How Can I Add More Physical Activity to My Life? Feelings live in your body, so the more you move, the better your mood will be. To get the biggest happiness boost, you only need 10 to 20 minutes of activity a day. You can dance in your living, walk around the block or walk your dog. What will you do?
