Dear Friends,

I hope your end-of-summer is a good one! I just returned from Seattle where I visited the Experience Music Project. If you love music as much I do, you'll want to see this place and the hanging instrument exhibit shown here. Very cool!

Now that summer is coming to an end, are you ready to ramp up again? Then you'll need a must-have technique to keep you calm no matter what life throws at you.

And that's the topic of this month's article, "One Simple Technique To Stay Calm."

Warmly,

One Simple Technique
To Stay Calm!

Ever have a tough day, and someone says, "You need to calm down." But they never tell you how! Here's a sure fire strategy to help whenever you're stressed out. It'll  focus your mind and relax your body. It's my simple 3-3-6 breathing technique.

The Simple 3-3-6 Breathing Technique

1. Breathe in deeply to the count of 3. Inhale through your nose and, feel your belly rise.

2. Hold that breathe for 3 seconds.

3. Slowly, breathe out to the count of 6. Exhale through your mouth, and feel your belly deflate.

4. Repeat. Do this 3 times in a row.

Practice the 3-3-6 breathing technique once a day. Or just use it when you're stressed like the times you're stuck in traffic or dealing with a tough situation at work. This one quick and easy strategy can help get you back on track. Why not give it a try right now!
