How to Tackle the 2 Types of Financial Worry:

  • Worries: Things You Can Do Something About: This is the place to start. Are there any specific actions you can take to make things better? Educate yourself on investment strategies or talk with your financial advisor to decide which path is best to take, then take it.


  • Worries: Things You Have No Control Over: After you've done that, you may still feel some anxiety. To lessen it, consider this: Find one thing you can do each day to lift your mood like a brisk 10-minute walk or spending time with friends. And turn off the television because constant forecasts of doom and gloom will probably leave you feeling more worried than informed.
