It’s no secret that most women don’t get enough
sleep. That good old 6-8 hours can easily fall by the
wayside when you’re just too darn busy to lay down.
But getting enough snooze time can be the elixir you
need to stave off a grumpy mood, boost your energy,
and even lose weight.One study found that middle-aged women who got 5 hours of sleep or less per night were 32% more likely to have a major weight gain than those who slept 7 hours. That gives a whole new meaning to the phrase “you snooze, you lose.”
