Just say, “haaaa” ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
What can you do while you’re sitting, walking or even
standing in an elevator that’s guaranteed to calm and
relax you? I’m sure you guessed Ujjayi
breathing, right? This curious ancient Indian breathing technique can boost your mood by getting oxygen deep into your lungs. That extra oxygen jumpstarts the soothing quality of your nervous system so you feel calmer and more relaxed than before. Ujjayi breathing is great to use when you’re nervous, overwhelmed or worried. To give it a try, follow the steps below.

Here’s how to do Ujjay breathing:
In the beginning start with just a few
Ujjay breaths so you don’t get dizzy.
Remember to keep your mouth closed as you breathe.
